Living Bible Explorers, along with your help, provides hampers to families who are involved regularly with us and who need some extra help during the Christmas Season. We co-operate with agencies such as Winnipeg Harvest and the Christmas Cheer Board to ensure our families are taken care of and no duplication of hampers occurs. You can be a part of blessing a family this Christmas by partnering with us in a few ways:
1. Make a monetary donation: The food portion of the hamper costs between $75 and $100. An extra $50-$70 is needed for children’s gifts. If you can help in this way, we would be grateful for you donations. You can send in a cheque to our office or give online through Canada Helps.
2. Make a material donation: To produce a hamper we are in need of the following items:
- Turkeys
- Potatoes
- Vegetables
- Dairy products
- non-perishable food items
- Gifts for children of all ages

3. Make your own hamper: We provide a list of food items to include in the hamper and you may also deliver the hamper to the familiy if you so choose. This is a great way for your family or small group to give in a “hands on” way this Christmas.
4. Volunteer your time: We will be assembling and delivering the hampers between December 15th and December 19th. If you can come and be involved, please contact Diana.
